Workee is a provider of back-office SaaS services for freelancers. The startup was founded in 2020. Today, the online business management system helps these freelancers:
- Couches;
- Health care experts;
- Consultants of different directions;
- Tutors;
- Lawyers.
The development allows specialists in different spheres to manage all aspects of work. Among them are control over meetings with clients, accounting, financial accounts, and working processes. Users already note that it is convenient to do all this on a single platform.
Ukrainian startup currently has more than 3.000 clients-freelancers. And the project now has the goal of capturing the foreign market. So the authors of the idea started to attract investment. The first mentors' investment had already come from the Czech company. Following the Czech Lighthouse Ventures fund, investment fund Brise Capital and Startup Wise Guys contributed.
Now the Ukrainian startup has more than $600.000 for development. Now the project hopes to increase the number of clients from 30.000 to 50.000 in 2022. Workee has offices in the USA (Delaware), Ukraine (Kyiv), Lithuania, and the Czech Republic. And plans to expand its borders further.
