At a press conference, Shmyhal emphasized that 100% of hospitals have generators, with some even possessing backup power systems.
He noted that 16,500 generators are currently operational across 12,000 medical facilities in Ukraine. Shmyhal further stated that Ukraine is currently the most equipped country in the world when it comes to generator capacity.
"We are confident that we will get through this winter steadily and securely," Shmyhal added.
He also highlighted the availability of credit programs designed to support the purchase of energy equipment for both the population and businesses in Ukraine.
