EUMiesAward collected the best architectural works of the period April 2021-April 2023. The competition jury chose projects related to the focus on the environmental formation of the EU architecture. Thus, the architectural prize of the European Union named after Mies van der Rohe may receive 362 works from 38 countries. Among the leaders in the jury are Ukrainian projects: residential complexes, food halls, modular spaces, etc.
- Architectural studio Balbek Bureau
The project is a 2-story room with a 417 m ² area created from 27 containers. Inside are the works of contemporary artists. Also, the MOT has steel sheets made in Mariupol's Azovstal plant – this reflects the modern history of Ukraine.
- Architect Anna Kry
The architect may receive a Mies van der Rohe Award for the design development for the Ukrainian centre for providing administrative assistance.
- Studio Archimatika
The studio specialists created a modern "green" residential complex, adhering to the house's aesthetics, convenience and functionality.
- Emile Dervish architect
Gastromarket Reitarskaya Circle became one of the nominees for victory in April of the following year.
In addition, the choice of jury fell on the implementation of the club city and family homes for internally displaced persons.
In April 2024, which project will receive the title of winner of the EUMiesAward will be known.
