$2.87 Billion Support from Ukraine’s Partner Countries

In addition to receiving cash tranches over the past few weeks, Ukraine has entered into several strategic agreements with the heads of other countries

On February 9, at a government meeting, the Prime Minister of Ukraine spoke about the support of our country from the international community. There was also talk about international agreements that contribute to Ukraine's reaching a new level of relations between countries and qualitatively new development of business in the country.

"Our partners have already sent approximately $1.5 billion worth of military defense assistance to Ukraine. A number of other countries are considering the possibility of providing military and financial assistance to Ukraine. We also received information from our French colleagues about the provision of €1.2 billion of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine," Denys Shmyhal, prime minister of Ukraine.

Since the beginning of last week, Ukraine was marked by the visit of the presidents of France and Turkey, as well as the prime ministers of Lithuania, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Poland, the foreign ministers of Austria, Spain, Slovakia, Germany, France, and the Czech Republic. Also, the delegations of the European Parliament and parliamentarians of other countries of the European Union paid diplomatic visits to Kyiv.
