2 of 3 Bridges Across the Dnipro Became Inaccessible to the Occupiers

In addition to the Antonovsky automobile bridge, the armed forces of Ukraine also established control over the Antonovsky railway bridge

As a result of Ukrainian shelling on July 19 and 20, Ukraine established fire control over 2 of the 3 crossings from Kherson to the left bank of the Dnipro. Antonovsky automobile and Antonovsky railway bridges are now controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which completely cut off the invaders on the territory of Kherson from Russian support with equipment, new military force, etc. This was stated by the representative of the operational command South Vladyslav Nazarov.

"The results of the fire control of the main transport routes in the occupied territories indicate that it is impossible to move along the railway bridge across the Dnipro river," Vladyslav Nazarov.

The control of these bridges is of strategic importance: the Antonovsky bridge is partially blown up and can no longer be used for crossings, and the railway bridge was used for heavy logistics.

The representative of the regional military administration of Kherson, Serhii Khlan, states that as of July 29, the invaders in Kherson lost about 105 soldiers, 7 T-62 and T-72 tanks, the Msta-B howitzer, 2 self-propelled artillery mounts, the Nona-S cannon, 17 vehicles.
