Last year, Ukraine began exporting pork on aircraft for the first time. This ensured the airlift of almost 82 tons of various goods. At the same time, Ukrainian aviation companies were able to serve the investing-in-ukraine/business-opportunities/agricultural/" rel="dofollow">agricultural market in other ways. The highest performance was achieved by plantation aircraft.
The National industrial portal reported that aviation companies in 2021 were able to process almost 295 hectares of Ukrainian land. This number was higher than last year. In 2020, 287.8 hectares of fields were treated in Ukraine. Last year, 10.800 hours were spent on agricultural work from the sky. The airplanes were in the sky a little more this year — exactly 11.000 hours.
In 2022, Ukraine plans to increase grain production so that the airlines will send its sky cars for processing again.
