In October, 5.849 notaries applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. Of these, 5.172 have already been agreed, 4 are under consideration and 673 have been refused.
We would like to remind you that until 2024, every Ukrainian within the framework of the Law on land can buy an investing-in-ukraine/business-opportunities/agricultural/" rel="dofollow">agricultural land plot of 100 hectares. After the referendum in 2024, the area of the purchased plot may increase to 1000 hectares. Presumably, after the 2024 referendum, foreigners will also receive the right to buy Ukrainian land.
