5 December — 28th Anniversary of the Budapest Memorandum

On the anniversary of the signing of the most scandalous memorandum in the world, Russia launched a massive missile attack against Ukrainians

On December 5, 1994, Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons. In exchange for this, Russia, Great Britain and the United States acted as guarantors of Ukraine's security.

On February 24, 2022, Russia, which was supposed to protect Ukraine in exchange for the third largest stockpile of nuclear weapons, attacked it. On December 5, 2022, Russia fired hundreds of missiles at Ukrainian civilians. The attack lasted 3 hours and 5 minutes.

Preliminary results of the Russian terrorist attack against Ukraine:
In the Odesa region, all pumping stations are de-energized, leaving the entire region without water supply and ground public electric transport.

Zhytomyr region. The automatic power off at the regional power supply station was activated. The city is de-energized.

Zaporizhzhia region. The missiles hit the civilian sector. 3 people were injured, including a child aged 1 year and 10 months.

Dnipro. 15 Russian missiles were shot down by the South air command.

Poltava. 10 missiles were shuttered down over the region.

Kyiv. 9 on 10 missiles were shot down. No damages in the capital.

Mykolaiv area. The region is de-energized.

An anniversary of a fact: an agreement signed with Russia never worth the paper on which it was signed.
