This year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine arranged a real "hot summer" for the occupiers. Defenders of the independent country continue the offensive in the Zaporizhzhya direction and the south of Bahmut. According to the data, the Ukrainian armed forces reached the main line of defence of the Russian army in the territory of the occupied Zaporizhia region, near the settlement Verbove. In addition, Ukraine has found weak points in the defence of the invaders, which allows for speeding up the operation to liberate the country. Ukraine has increased its offensive speed and reinforced its units in the southeast.
The Russian Federation is trying to hold on to the occupied territories with all its might. Therefore, after one year and 5 months, almost 250.000 Russian families were left without breadwinners. The general statistics of the occupiers' losses for 520 days are as follows:

- 4.775/698 — artillery systems/MRS;
- 458 — anti-aircraft warfare systems;
- 315/311 — aircraft/helicopters;
- 4.007 — UAV operational-tactical level;

- 18 — warship/boats;
- 7.240— vehicles, fuel tanks;
- 709 — special equipment.
The main problems of the war launched by the Russian Federation remain the attacks on peaceful Ukrainian cities, the use of prohibited weapons, the violation of human rights and the violation of prisoners of war. In addition, the Kremlin still refuses the grain deal and deals massive missile strikes against Ukrainian ports and grain stores.
