Russia lost more forces, Ukraine liberated more territories

The new week for both sides of the war was difficult. Russian invaders again struck with heavy weapons on Ukrainian cities and towns, not only on the front line. On September 15, at 9 a. m., the Russian army fired guided bombs at the residential buildings of Nova Kahovka. There are wounded and dead. Note that Nova Kahovka is occupied, and the explosion occurred due to the premature release of the bomb. In addition, the invaders during the week attacked Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Kherson, Dnipro, and Mykolaiv regions with missiles and hit them with UAV Shahed.

The Russian Federation in the war with Ukraine this week, lost the commander of the elite regiment of the 247th guard air assault regiment, Vasil Popov. In addition, strikes were carried out in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, which damaged Russian warships. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also destroyed a Russian submarine for the first time since the beginning of the war. In general, the losses of the Russian Federation after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine today are:

In addition, according to reports of the General Staff of Ukraine, the defenders managed to free Andriivka and Klishchiivka, Donetsk region. The armed forces of Ukraine also have successes near the Opytne and Novomaiorske, Donetsk region. It is also impossible not to note the success of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at sea. Ukraine recovered occupied oil and gas production stations off the coast of Crimea. This territory has been occupied since 2015.
