Ukraine advances on the battlefield, Russia kills civilians     

ISW  reports that the Ukrainian Armed Forces successfully counter-offensive, especially in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk's direction. BILD stresses that the country's defenders stepped up military actions in the direction of Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region. According to the publication, the AFU remained at the border with the city of 17 km.

"If Russia is allowed to adapt now, by 2028, the Kremlin will be able to resume the military potential that we destroyed. It will have enough forces to attack the Baltic countries and other countries where the Russian contingent is present, in addition to Ukraine. This is our intelligence," said president Zelenskyy.

Therefore, by the 590 days of the war, the losses of the Russian army amounted to:

  • 281.090 — personnel;
  • 4.777 — tanks;
  • 9.082 — armoured personnel vehicle;
  • 6.666/806 — artillery systems/MRS;
  • 540 — anti-aircraft warfare systems;
  • 315/316 — aircraft/helicopters;
  • 5.158 — UAV operational-tactical level;
  • 1.530 — cruise missiles;
  • 20 — warship/boats;
  • 1 – submarine;
  • 9.015 — vehicles, fuel tanks;
  • 951 — special equipment.


The Russian army continues its war against the civilian population of Ukraine. In the past 24 hours alone, the Kremlin's terrorists have killed over 50 civilians in one of Ukraine's regions. On October 5, Russia launched a missile Iskander at the village Hroza, Kharkiv region. The explosion killed 52 people, including a child. On October 6, the occupiers launched a missile attack on a residential apartment building in the centre of Kharkiv: there are wounded, among them an 11-month-old child and his 10-year-old brother.
