£60 Mln to the NATO Fund for Support to Ukraine

The UK unveils decision to NATO's Comprehensive Assistance Package

The press service of the British government, referring to minister Ben Wallace, announced the decision to transfer £60 million to the NATO Assistance Fund for Ukraine. Last year, the UK also helped Ukraine through CAP in the amount of ≈ £20 million.

"The allocated assistance will be used to ensure secure communications; the supply of dry rations, fuel, medicines, armour, winter clothing and equipment to counter mine and chemical and biological threats," the government press service.

"This new contribution to the NATO Fund for Ukraine is part of our continuing commitment to providing Ukraine with the necessary equipment and training," Ben Wallace.

NATO's Comprehensive Assistance Package was launched in 2016. 2 years after the start of the Russian war against Ukraine.
