This was reported on the Twitter account of the office of Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
"Prime minister Morawiecki in Brussels: This historical moment and the language of today's conclusions have long been rejected. We have changed this with many countries. Ukraine is at war and unable to pay for many public services, which is why we approved €9 billion in aid."
The tranche is designed for a 10-year grace period for the return of the principal amount. The term of macro-financial assistance will be 25 years.
We remind you that yesterday the United States announced the provision of another package of weapons worth $450 million to Ukraine.
