The Lviv company called Perfectial, which consists of 500 employees, was bought out by the international IT platform Avenga. After the merger of the two companies, the total number of employees will be 3.500 IT specialists.
According to the company's CEO, the company's revenue has grown significantly over the past year, and the company has grown to 3.000 professionals. However, the company's organic growth was not enough to meet customer needs and implement ambitious projects as soon as possible. Therefore, after analyzing the entire IT market, Avenga decided to merge with a Ukrainian company from Lviv. Both companies have agreed not only on the views on engineering culture and approaches to work but also on the focus on customer success and a positive result in the digital sphere.
Perfectial will be renamed Perfectial powered by Avenga.
