Agreement Between Ukraine and Poland on Rapid Transit

Travel time between Kyiv and Warsaw will be reduced to 4 hours

Now the way from the capital of Ukraine to the capital of Poland takes almost 10 hours. For the modern world, this is too time-consuming, so the ministers of the two countries' infrastructure have agreed to build a highway. According to the plans, the new autobahn will allow Ukrainians and Poles to travel from the center of one to the center of the other capital in just 4 hours.

The construction of the road in Ukraine will be undertaken by local repair and construction organizations within the framework of the state project. Poland will also be able to build part of the road. They will pave the road from Warsaw to the border with Ukraine. International road crossing points will also be upgraded.

It is worth noting that the high-speed route will cover a large number of Ukrainian cities. This will allow Ukrainians from any part of the country to use modern communication routes.

This agreement is a new stage in international and infrastructural relations. Because, besides the fact that the countries have agreed, Poland has agreed to simplify some of the rules for Ukrainians. For the first time in 7 years, the Polish side committed itself to substantially increasing the number of permits for Ukrainian road haulers.
