On March 14, in the town of Chuhuiv, Kharkiv Oblast, the occupiers fired on a kindergarten. A Ukrainian killed a minor during the artillery shelling of a kindergarten. It is also known that several private houses were damaged. Fortunately, there were no young children or employees of the kindergarten.
The police are currently conducting a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the law and military rules provided for in part two of article 438 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The case will be added to the Hague trial of crimes against Russian humanity in Ukraine.
On the same day, the Russian occupiers launched another airstrike on Kharkiv, as a result of which a residential building in the city center was destroyed. In addition, the occupiers fired on the market. A 16-year-old boy was killed in the shelling.
"As of the morning of March 15, 2022, 97 children were killed and more than 100 were injured in the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. The most affected are Kyiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kherson, Mykolayiv, and children from the Zhytomyr region," the prosecutor general's office of Ukraine said.
