The draft law provides a legislative basis for improving the system of scientific and scientific-technical expertise, which will improve the quality of organization and conduct of expert activities, the possibility of involving foreign experts in the examination and establishing flexible conditions and mechanisms for remuneration of experts.
"Implementation of the project is primarily provided for in the Government's Priority Action Plan for 2021 and will have a positive impact on science, in particular, improving the system of expertise. Our task is to create conditions for improving the quality of expertise, strengthening the responsibility of experts and preventing conflicts of interest, involving foreign experts in conducting scientific and scientific-technical expertise in Ukraine. The ministry of education and science is actively working to improve the quality of educational and scientific services," said the minister of education and science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet.
