An updated version of the digital competence test has been launched in Ukraine

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced the launch of Tsyfrogram, a new version of the national test for digital literacy of citizens. Its launch was implemented through the involvement of European and American partners

According to previous feedback and wishes of users, the Ministry has improved the Tsyfrogram service. There are now 90 tests with only one correct answer. The highest score is equal to the number of questions — 90.

Moreover, the Ministry of Digital Information has expanded and strengthened the team of experts to create the test. The Academy of Digital Development also helped to launch the service.
The digital literacy test will help to find out how well the population is oriented in digital material and which aspects should be given more attention.

The figure is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and developed with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. This program embodies an international partnership, as the platform is implemented through the Eastern Europe Foundation and the Innovabridge Foundation.
