According to the head of the Zhytomyr regional State administration, Vitaly Bunechko.
"Continue to attract foreign investors to Zhytomyr region. Today there was a substantial conversation with Mahfoud Saad, the head of the Arab company «AAZ TRADING CO». The subject of discussion was the realization of a large-scale investment project worth more than $1.5 million. We are talking about the extraction and processing of brown coal, as well as the production of organic fertilizers from this raw material", — Bunechko shared.
The outlook for the production and processing of brown coal is not so much in its use as a fuel, but as a basis for building a vertically integrated company of several enterprises that will produce products for Ukrainian agribusiness participants, as well as trade with the EU and the Arab region.
The site is currently being prepared for primary geological studies and the necessary documentation is being prepared to legitimize business activities. The project will start this year.
