On April 17, a dialogue between Antony Blinken and Annalena Baerbock took place within the framework of the meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs of the G7 states.
"The secretary thanked foreign minister Baerbock for Germany's continued contributions to Ukraine, including financial, security, and humanitarian assistance," deputy spokesperson of the US state department Vedant Patel.
Blinken, Baerbock and French foreign minister Catherine Colonna also discussed the readiness to continue supporting Ukraine and cooperation between states in the areas of food/energy security and climate change. A separate topic was China and the Pacific region.
