In Mariupol began a humanitarian operation in which civilians are evacuated from the metallurgical plant Azovstal to the territory of Ukraine. According to the agreement, the Russians should release people and not endanger the lives and safety of the population.
But from the first day of opening humanitarian corridors, the Russian side is violating all agreements. From 1 to 2 May, Russian heavy missiles targeted the factory. One of the blows killed people. At the moment, two women are known to have died. Also, in the operating room organized on the territory of the factory to help the wounded, there was a сeiling collapse. There are also dead and wounded.
Russia ignores all requests and official requests. Instead of controlling and providing security for the people, they continue to bombard and create fakes.
On 4 May, the Russian ministry of foreign affairs said that there were Ukrainian nazis and Israeli mercenaries at the Azovstal plant.
On the same day, the occupiers managed to break through to the territory of the plant, and communication with the Ukrainian defenders was cut off. It is difficult to imagine the fear and sensation of the wounded, women and children who are in the plant and were so close to being saved.
At 4 pm on May 5, official information about the situation on Azovstal appeared.
"Yesterday, Russian troops entered the territory of Azovstal, but were beaten by our defenders," said the adviser to the office of president Arestovych.
Deputy commander of the Ukrainian regiment Azov Sviatoslav Palamar also made contact.
"We call on the world community to evacuate civilians and to take care of wounded soldiers who die from bad treatment in terrible flour. Let the takeaway soldiers bodies for honoring heroes. Respond appropriately to a critical situation in which the enemy does not adhere to any ethical norms, conventions or laws, destroying people in the eyes of the world, by all the irresponsibility."
Despite another defeat, the Russians are trying to capture Mariupol completely. It seems that Russia does not matter what price will be taken Azovstal. However, a small group of Ukrainian soldiers does not intend to surrender to the horde.
