And it’s worth noting that just 10 years ago, there was little demand for hotels at sea. Today, however, things have changed. Ukrainians choose hotels over private sectors now. This is due to the low level of maintenance of private rooms. The owners of guest houses live there and conduct business independently, connecting family members to work. They generally do not have the money to hire additional staff.
And the Ukrainians want a good rest in 3-21 days. Most people choose a rest with room cleaning, ready food, music and perhaps a swimming pool on the grounds. This makes hotels on the sea a lucrative business.
It is also worth noting that Ukrainians have an unspoken tradition. People used to go back to places they liked. So there’s a hotel by the sea they like, they become his customers for the next 2-5 years.
Thus, buying a hotel near the sea in Ukraine can be a seasonal business, but it is profitable.
