According to Reuters, Ukraine will soon receive from Canada 10 units of interchangeable barrels for M777 howitzers, which Canada had previously transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"We will continue to work around the clock to provide Ukraine with the comprehensive military aid that it needs to defend its sovereignty and security," defense minister Anita Anand.
The transfer of howitzer components is part of a $6.9 million military aid package.
