On April 10, the Ministry of finance of Ukraine ratified the agreement's changes on avoiding double taxation. Separately, work was carried out on possible income tax evasion.
Additionally:
- Closing tax avoidance or fraudulent use of preferential taxation;
- Expanded Procedure of mutual agreement;
- Extension Information exchange;
- Partial change Right to receive benefits.
The executors of the protocol are the Ministry of finance of Ukraine and the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
The introduced changes comply with the recommendations of the OECD, will remove taxable income and exclude further abuse of the agreement.
