According to Wang Yi, China is ready to cooperate with all parties to prevent a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. He also noted that China intends to promote through the UN Security Council all possible ways to reach a consensus on how to avoid a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.
Wang Yi said that the PRC calls for an early ceasefire in Ukraine.
It is also stated that the EU countries “should conduct a comprehensive dialogue with Russia in order to form an effective and sustainable security mechanism in Europe”
