The head of the Donetsk regional state administration Pavlo Kyrylenko reported on the targeted dropping of heavy artillery on women and children in the hospital in Mariupol. At the hospital there is a maternity hospital. All buildings have been destroyed. Mothers and children are under the rubble. Now, 17 victims are known. Rescuers continue their work. The number of dead is unknown.
All Ukrainian politicians reacted to such brutality. British PM Boris Johnson was also outraged.
"We will bring Putin to justice now for his terrible crimes," said Johnson.
