Terma A/S Expands into Ukraine

At a meeting dedicated to the development of aviation capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, CEO of Danish defense company Terma A/S, Henrietta Hallberg Tjugesen, officially announced the opening of a representative office in Ukraine.

Deputy Minister of Defense for Aviation Development Oleksandr Kozenko welcomed the move, calling it “very good news that fully meets the aspirations of Ukraine.”


Key Areas of Cooperation

During negotiations, both parties focused on priority areas of collaboration:

  • Integration of Terma A/S equipment into the existing fleet of the Ukrainian Air Force.

  • Enhancement of aviation systems for detection, warning, and countermeasures against airborne threats.

  • Exploration of domestic military and civil aircraft manufacturing projects, with potential Danish participation.

The presence of Terma A/S in Ukraine strengthens:
