Ukrnafta has launched the drilling of an oil well in the Lviv region. The gas field exploration report indicates that the depth of the Verkhnemaslovetsky field is 2.213 m, of which 1.084 have already been drilled by Ukrnafta specialists. Commissioning and start of production are scheduled for August this year. The starting daily debit is projected at 24.3 tons.
Investments in infrastructure construction at the field — 105 million hryvnias (at the rate of $1 = ₴36.57), payback — 2-2.6 years. Service life — 15 years.
In addition to this gas mine, there are 4 more wells in the Verkhnemaslovetsky field that are already in operation. Ukraine also offers its underground gas storage facilities for rent.
