The minister of digital transformation, Mykhailo Fedoriv, said that the Ministry's team and the company OpenAI are cooperating in the industry related to the launch of voice assistant Nadia in government structures and Diia.
Nadiae will be able to provide consultancy not only regarding the services available in Diia but generally in accordance with the service of all state structures. Currently, the main issue is the safety of AI. The details of the entire structure are not disclosed, and it will definitely not work with the personal data of users.
"We design the system in such a way that everything is as safe as possible because that is the main challenge. From the point of view of technology, this will be the most conditional localisation," Mykhailo Fedorov.
The minister added that the team is interested in developing AI based on analysing customer requests and behavior.
