According to the deputy of the Kherson regional council Serhii Khlan, from April in the Kherson region, the occupiers plan to introduce rubles into circulation. According to him, the Russians will be forced to accept rubles in shops and pay salaries to the "new administration." He called on local residents to boycott this currency and reminded them that Kherson and the region are Ukraine.
We remind you that the same scenario was introduced in the territories of the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Lugansk regions. In addition to the introduction of the Russian currency, people were forced to accept the passports of non-existent republics, as a result of which people were cut off from Ukraine.
