UCPIH Ltd (Cyprus) from the Dragon Capital group of companies has completed the acquisition of the Amtel office and logistics complex with an area of 100.2 thousand m² located in the village of Belogorodka (Kyiv region).
According to Volodymyr Timochko, Managing Director for Direct Investments at Dragon Capital, the Amtel complex will become the largest object in the group's portfolio, and its purchase will increase the area of warehouses managed by Dragon Capital on the right bank of the Dnieper to 294,000 m², and in general in Ukraine — up to 391 thousand m².
Volodymyr Tymochko added that the company continues investment activity in the segment of warehouse and industrial real estate: this year it is planned to start construction of the first stages of industrial parks "E40" (25.5 thousand m²) in Kyiv and "M10" (14.5 thousand m²) in Lviv.
