During the 3rd quarter, exports of goods and services amounted to $56.1 billion, imports — $55.7 billion.
Also during the year, imports and exports of goods to Europe grew by 27 and 50 percent, from $14.7 billion dollars to $21.8 billion.
The balance sheet surplus rose from $226.6 million to $443.2 million in the first three quarters of last year. The trade deficit remains in deficit at almost $2 billion.
For comparison, in the middle of 2021, the positive balance was slightly lower – $413.6 million.
