On February 6, the Verkhovna Rada voted to adopt a bill on the exemption from VAT and customs duties of non-lethal goods necessary for military operations. We are talking about drones, optical and collimator sights, night vision devices, thermal imagers, night vision devices, monoculars and walkie-talkies.
The draft law was developed on the initiative and with the participation of volunteer organizations that are engaged in supplying the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the necessary equipment. Eliminating bureaucratic stages will save soldiers from the shortage of necessary equipment and bring victory over terrorists closer.
Changes are now being made to the Tax and Customs codes of Ukraine. They will be valid until January 1, 2024.
