The audit of SGS Ukraine at the plants of Azovstal included certification of rolled sheets. Now Ukraine can again produce its metal in the UK.
"The need for such an event was that the UK left the European Union. Therefore, even though the first-priority rolled steel is already being delivered in this state, the steel plant again needed to test its advantages," Olena Vesnovska, engineer at the Azovstal plant.
SGS Ukraine audit of the work of 9 departments of Azovstal: technological department, the sales department, the personnel planning and development department, the thick office, the central chemical laboratory, the mechanical testing department, the automated non-destructive control, and metrology department, the technical control department. Certification passed throughout the entire production chain: from iron production to steel production and the finished product.
As a result of the audit, Azovstal received a certificate of conformity. The SGS Ukraine for rolled steel will be valid for 2 years.
