With the aim of simplifying and speeding up the supply of dual-purpose goods, on February 15, the сabinet of ministers of Ukraine supported a resolution to relieve this import group from the bureaucratic burden. In this way, the Ukrainian military will more quickly receive not only equipment (anti-drones, radars, cameras, vision devices, etc.) but also software, parachutes, technologies for simulating combat, etc.
"Simply put — no more documents from the export control service or other authorities to import drones, etc. And the above-mentioned act is only the first among a number that are being developed. We will inform about these steps publicly," minister of digital transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
According to the new resolution, the export of the above-mentioned group of goods may be accompanied by a guarantee from the State export control service if necessary. Also, the government's decree allows to obtain, if necessary, an international import certificate or other guarantee document for the specified group of goods from the SECC At the same time, the importer is obliged to provide a document certifying the permission of the export service to import goods for the defence of Ukraine.
