The Minister of health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov reported this. Stepanov also emphasized that future certificates meet the requirements of the World health organization’s Smart Vaccination Certificate and the European commission’s Digital Green Certificate.
All information will be entered through the digital health system. The vaccination passport will be transmitted through the family doctor or it can be independently registered through "Diya".
At this stage, until vaccination passports are introduced, citizens of Ukraine vaccinated against Covid receive a paper International certificate of vaccination.
Alexey Danilov, the Secretary of the National security and defense council, shared that Ukraine is working on three prototypes of a vaccine to combat Covid-19. “To complete the pre-line tests a BSL-3 protection class laboratory is needed”, — has said Danilov.
