The state fund for youth construction has started accepting applications for mortgage benefits for migrants from Donbas and Crimea. The German government has allocated about €25.5 million to purchase housing on credit at 3% per annum for 20 years.
Veterans of the war in Donbas, migrants without their housing in the free territory of the country, have the right to participate in this program. Participants must be prepared to pay monthly payments and make a down payment on the loan, which is six % of the cost of housing.
The application can be submitted in person in the State Youth Housing regional department or electronic form through the web portal Diia. The register is formed in alphabetical order. Each candidate is assigned a unique number.
