Ukraine and Germany agreed on the creation of reserves: to increase the capacity of interstate crossings between Ukraine and the EU states to increase electricity traffic to 2-2.5 GW.
"The relevant reserves can be used to balance the energy system in the event of a significant impact of enemy attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure," the Ukrainian minister said.
Germany is also ready to participate with him in the restoration of power plants that were destroyed or damaged by Russia during the full-scale war.
