In 2016, Attendify raised $1 million in investments from the venture capital fund TMT Investments and the investment company Digital Future, which then acted as a lead investor. According to the CEO of Digital Future Olelsiy Vitchenko, this is the fourth exit of the fund.
History of Attendify
Attendify is a mobile platform that allows conferencing organizers to create online events, offering them simple interaction, registration, and data management tools.
The startup was founded by Ukrainians Mykhail Balyasny (CEO) and Artem Yaremchuk (COO) in 2011, initially, the platform was called KitApps. Attendify's clients include Google, AstraZeneca, Chrysler, Tableau, AOL, and others.
Acquisition of Attendify
According to Business Wire, Hopin has acquired startup Attendify and is incorporating its capabilities into its event-hosting platform.

Attendify's products will enhance Hopin's portfolio in several ways, including Audience CRM (a visitor data platform that automatically captures engagement) and Campaign Manager, which is coming soon to help keep the audience engaged in between events.
