Current Status of IMF Funding
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine confirmed that the state budget has received $10.1 billion through eight tranches of the International Monetary Fund’s Extended Fund Facility (EFF). This amounts to roughly two-thirds of the total $15.5 billion program approved for 2023-2027.

will assess progress on policy benchmarks and prepare for the eighth review of the Memorandum on Economic and Financial Policy.
IMF Outlook

Population Forecast: The IMF now projects Ukraine’s population will decline to 33.9 million by 2030.

War Scenario: The Fund’s baseline assumes hostilities will end in late 2025, guiding its economic projections and fiscal recommendations.
