"Today, December 1, 2021, the property of the state enterprise Stevedoring company Olvia and the corresponding property of the state enterprise Administration of the seaports of Ukraine were transferred to the QTerminals Olvia concession, which is part of the QTerminals group, within the framework of a public-private partnership for 35 years," reported in the Ministry of Infrastructure.
QTerminals Olvia will dispose of all port assets received under the concession on December 2.
In the concession agreement between QTerminals and Ukraine, investments in QTerminals Olvia in developing the seaport will amount to about €110 million. An additional €3 million will be invested in the infrastructure of Mykolaiv city, in which the port of Olvia locates.
