Ukraine’s first industrial parks receive state support this year

Funding will cover utility networks and recovery of infrastructure damaged by attacks

Two Ukrainian industrial parks have become the first in 2026 to receive state incentives under the Made in Ukraine framework. The support will go to Smart Tech Industry in Poltava region and Sparrow Park Lviv in the Signivka industrial zone.

The decision shows how industrial policy is shifting from declarations to targeted infrastructure spending. For manufacturers, the value of an industrial park depends not only on land, but on power, water, roads, engineering networks and the speed at which damaged sites can return to operation.

Infrastructure first

Smart Tech Industry will receive funding for external gas and water networks on the park’s territory. Sparrow Park Lviv will receive a much larger package to restore engineering and transport infrastructure damaged by a missile attack in October 2025.

The support mechanism can cover part of project costs, with higher recovery coverage for frontline, de-occupied or war-damaged sites. Applicants must also commit to putting industrial real estate into operation and attracting at least two industrial residents within three years.

This condition is important. State support is meant not just to repair pipes or cables, but to turn prepared sites into real production locations. If the program works, it can help investors choose ready platforms faster and support domestic manufacturing under the Made in Ukraine agenda.
