Industrial parks support applications open in Ukraine

Up to 200 million UAH per project and 80% state share for frontline areas

Ukraine has opened applications for state support of industrial parks in 2026. Initiators and managing companies can apply for infrastructure development and compensation for connection to electricity networks.

Applications are accepted until August 15, 2026 through four authorized banks: Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, Ukrgasbank, and Sense Bank.

The program keeps a higher state co financing share for deoccupied and frontline communities. The 80/20 mechanism now covers frontline areas as well, giving investors stronger incentives to build or modernize engineering and transport infrastructure.

A separate mechanism was introduced for parks whose engineering and transport infrastructure was damaged or destroyed by hostilities. Support can reach 80% of project cost, up to 200 million UAH per park. The application must be filed within six months after damage and is considered with priority. If a park already received support, the new cap equals 200 million UAH minus the amount previously paid, without additional obligations.

Support comes with obligations: commissioning at least 5,000 square meters of industrial buildings and attracting at least two processing companies. The model aims to leverage at least five hryvnias of private capital for every hryvnia of state investment.

Ukraine has 114 industrial parks in the register. Over the program period, 22 parks received support for 56 projects totaling about 1.8 billion UAH.

The application process has four steps: submit a document package to a bank, bank verification within 10 working days, ministry decision within 15 calendar days, then opening an escrow or treasury account and joining the agreement. Funds are transferred on a non refundable basis, and grid connection compensation is paid after works are completed.
