The internet is one of the basic human needs. However, 23% of Ukrainian citizens living in villages and settlements do not have access to the Internet. This creates barriers not only to communication but also to digital services and education. The goal of the project is to provide access to high-speed fixed Internet for 1,000.000 Ukrainians. Connect 6,000 social infrastructure facilities located in rural areas to the optical Internet.
Online digital services are available to citizens with a high level of digital literacy, despite any barriers. And, of course, this goal cannot be achieved without technically and financially accessible Internet in any part of Ukraine.
