Sii Group was founded in 1979. It currently operates in 88 locations around the world. The software company has 13.000 employees.
The organization has already opened one office in the Ukrainian city of Odesa. In January 2022 the office was officially registered. Ten people are working there now. However, shortly, there will be a recruitment of specialists from different fields for the development of the company. Sii Ukraine is expected to create 3 thousand jobs in Ukraine. New IT company is a subsidiary of Sii Poland.
Ukrainians will serve large clients like other branches of Sii Group. Among the regular customers of the corporation are ABB, Puma, Roche, and others.
The company’s official website reports that it will open another branch in Ukraine before the end of 2022. After that, they plan to open more offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and other cities.
"We aim to attract 2 or 3 thousand employees in Ukraine in the coming years and to open new offices in many cities. About 80-90% of these employees will be composed of programmers and other IT specialists," noted the company.
This demand for Ukrainian specialists can be explained by the high level of development in the IT sector. Every year Ukrainians help to develop companies in the country and abroad.
