Ukraine's State property fund is preparing to privatise a winery in the Odesa region, the town of Izmail. Entire production cycle — from the vine to the bottle of wine. The entire property complex is 27.200 m² and will be sold at auction on 11 April. Starting price — $976.247.
The International organisation of viticulture and winemaking qualifies the Izmail vineyards as a geographical area identical to Rioja, Bordeaux and Tuscany.
The future investor will have vineyards, processing and production workshops with all equipment, wine cellar and administrative buildings at his disposal.
