This groundbreaking memorandum was signed during a working visit to the USA by Ruslan Kravchenko, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, alongside Washington Governor Jay Inslee. The collaboration aims to mitigate the impacts of Russian military activities, support the recovery of Ukraine's economy, and foster investment opportunities.
The areas of cooperation outlined in the memorandum include the economy and investments, agro-innovations, sustainable bio-economy, clean energy, digital technologies, and the rehabilitation of regional infrastructure.
