The partner states are cooperating for the prompt restoration of the critical infrastructure of Ukraine. At this time, the local city authorities are also taking measures to help the population in the event of a total shutdown of the city.

Regular blackouts are not the most pleasant thing in the approaching winter. Each district of Kyiv has prepared about 100 particular public points to provide people with basic necessities: to have a place to drink tea, eat, work, keep warm and, if necessary, receive medical assistance.

These "shelters" has everything you need: power generators, heaters, a medical department, canteens and bathrooms. In addition, at such a critical moment, everyone will need human support; and common places of rest are perfect for communication among those who are in the same situation as yourself.
