The first part of the sports cluster — Urban Park , was opened on the territory of the Kyiv national complex Expocenter of Ukraine. The project is implemented with the support of the president's office under the Large Construction and Healthy Ukraine programs. The opening ceremony was attended by president Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"During 2022, 5-6 new such parks will be developed in different cities - in Dnypro, Kropyvnytskyi, Sumy, Lviv, Kryvyi Rih and Kharkiv. In the future, in 2023 and 2024, other cities and towns will see such clusters, which, I think, are very much to the liking of our citizens. It is very important that children engage in physical culture and sports," said the president of Ukraine.
