The pool of commercial real estate in Kyiv and other cities includes some buildings of unique architectural value.
According to the press release of Ukreximbank, the proposed objects are investment-promising for asset management companies, developers, and other enterprises and organizations that plan to acquire administrative and production premises, as well as land plots for construction.
The bank's lots, indicating all essential characteristics and the possibility of preliminary acquaintance, are put up for electronic auction OpenMarket, which is organized and conducted by the state-owned enterprise SETAM of the Ministry of justice.
Director of the department of restructuring and collection of Ukreximbank Oleg Lazovsky noted that the pool of objects with a total estimated value of over $37 million includes office centers in Podil, houses in Pechersk, a land plot with an area of 14 ha in the Chaika village, near Kyiv, as well as several warehouses and commercial premises in the regions.
The bank hopes that the total amount, in the end, will be significantly higher than the starting one.
